Finding our way

Every person needs support at some time in their life. For some, it's a loss of personal meaning that brings them to my practice. For others, a life event or mental health concern urge them to seek help. All my clients, regardless of their need, are treated holistically, body, mind, and Spirit. Psychotherapy, group therapy, yoga therapy, art therapy, Reiki, myth and more are options as we move through the "problem" and into a greater sense of unity in the self.  Also, mediation is available for concerns within families, between coworkers and neighbors, or with friends when a workable, consensus-based solution is the goal.

Using a Jungian approach, and a compassion-based therapeutic model, I help my clients uncover strengths, talents, fears, and resentments and connect them with their inner-self and calling. I use yoga therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, active imagination, meditation and more to help my clients reach their goals and move toward greater individuation.

Both in person and secure video sessions are available.
