Yoga Therapy

Individual Yoga therapy uses a somatic approach, in addition to talk therapy, to understand, transform, and release old emotions and traumas from the body, mind and spirit.

 

We use movement, meditation, mantra, and mandala to bring the whole being into harmony, heal from the effects of trauma, sustain recovery from substance use, and heal symptoms of depression/anxiety.  

 

Yoga therapy creates a new relationship between the body and the self and can heal body image distortions, self-esteem issues, and other kinds of unclear belief patterns.

Yin

and Vinyasa
